B. BAKER 06/16/22 – On behalf of our late mother (Justine Gantt), her children and her extended family, we thank you for providing top level services during a distressful and heartbreaking time. Through difficult moments, where clarity and direction may have been uncertain, Mr. Alexander did not take advantage of our vulnerability. At times we felt helpless having not been in this position before but Don and staff were careful not to encroach upon the sensitivity of the situation. Throughout the process he gave us assurances and honored his word. They provided a complete list of services with a thorough explanation to help guide us through this process step by step. There was both sympathy and empathy displayed towards us. Alexander Funeral Home provided additional information, encouragement, sympathy cards and acknowledgements. What better gift can you give them than that. We’ll always remember your great smile, the talks we shared and the advice you gave. We were blessed to have you in our lives. Although the way now is lonelier and we no longer hear your step, we have to remember you still share our road, you’ve just traveled ahead. There are friends and there is family and then there are friends who become family…his name is Joe.
